It may be worth taking a chance DOITFORANDREW. He showed abilities earlier in the campaign, and with potential improvements coming over this new turn following a gelding procedure, he may come out of the mark. Thismydream leads with ratings, but he is probably flattered by a 5l defeat in the Listed class on his penultimate start. Hernes Hill and Together Aclaim have both shown a good deal of promise in a couple of newer virgins here.

A typical open race for a handicap at this place, but a chance is taken WARM CLOCK who has been close to the grass lately and she has an ideal draw for her AW debut. Ampeson went close here last time and is another to consider and Kudbegood could be involved if he handles the return to 7f.

Just as competitive as the first section of this handicap. TONY LORD is not the easiest to catch right, but he can be hard to beat if he builds on a big race here last week. Designer Cailin is an obvious threat in her hat-trick bid, and Rosie Rock is another shapely filly to consider.

Last week’s winner MARCH needs a little more this time from 5 lb higher but she is shaping up as a drop to 6f could provide some improvement and she is getting a tentative voice. Sangria would probably still have won with the extra 2 pounds of weight on her back when she was disqualified last time, so she guarantees respect, and Obtain is another good prospect.

He’s probably much shorter than 80-1 this time, though PILLAR may be worth supporting after his narrow defeat over C&D on Friday and he is able to run out of the basement mark again. Eglish had excuses when she finished fourth here last week and she’s another one to consider, but Collective Power could be the biggest danger if he can build on his recent track victory.

Dundalk-all-weather racing

Considering that THE FUTURE KING (nap) won with remarkable ease over obstacles in Navan on Sunday and he can take advantage of his basement 45 rating. He finished in fifth place for Yamato on his last flat start, but that rival is now 12lb taller and did not have much to save over Annecherie when he was number two here last time. Sil Ver Klass comes into the accounts after his second over hurdle race at Navan on Sunday.

Luke Comer has coached 11 Flat winners from 497 races over the past five Irish seasons. Four of them have arrived within the last fourteen days, and SEATTLE CREEK only need to run close to form from last month’s Curragh second to continue the winning streak. Dances With Stars, number two in all four races here last winter, may have to settle for the same place now. Eagle Terrace may have done better than on its Irish debut.

It may be worth taking a chance with KING LENOX who drove well with higher grades at this point around this time last year and has managed a few good races over obstacles in 2021. Topweight Bora Bora seems to be getting things under control and is interesting with Sam Ewing taking 5 lbs. Cannoli could be included using a requirement of 10 lb. The complexion of the race would change if Dr. Patrick gets a run.
