Slovakia, which has more new infections per capita than any other EU country, declared a two-week lock-in on Wednesday. People can leave home for a limited number of reasons, including buying food, going to work and school and getting vaccinated. And from next week, all workers must show that they have been vaccinated, recovered from the coronavirus or recently had a negative test.
