Rick Wills, the senior pastor, has been hospitalized with COVID, saying he will never be vaccinated because it is a “mass death campaign”. His website, TruNews, announced over the weekend that he had tested positive and had to be taken to hospital for oxygen.

Mr Wills told his TrueNews audience last month that he was not going to be vaccinated because he believed the jabs were being used to “massacre”.

He added: “I am not going to vaccinate. I’m going to be one of the survivors. I’m going to survive the carnage.

“I am not going to allow the Covid maniacals to convince me to get vaccinated. Mass death campaign is going on at this time. I am going to survive a global genocide.

“The only good thing that will come out of this is that many fools will die.”

In 2014, Mr Wills said the spread of Ebola “could solve America’s problems with atheism, homosexuality, promiscuity, pornography and abortion”.

The outlet often described Barack Obama as a “demon from hell” and Mr Wills said he “spiritually insulted the nation”.

TruNews announced that Republican Senate nominee Lauren Witzeke will co-host Mr Wills’ nightly TV show for the next two weeks.

Ms Witzke is a self-described flat earther and has lent her support for conspiracy theories relating to 9/11, QAnon, and anti-Semitism.
