Biden announces new surge in Ukraine security assistance

President Biden welcomed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to the White House Thursday. Mr. Biden vowed more aid to Ukraine and announced that he had directed the Defense Department to allocate all remaining security assistance appropriated for Ukraine before his term ends.
