Former President Bill Clinton has been hospitalized with a non-Covid-related infection, a spokesman said Thursday night.
Clinton, 75, was admitted to a hospital in Irvine in Southern California on Tuesday night, Angel Urena tweeted.
He gave no details other than to say that the infection was not Covid-related.
“He is in a good way, in a good mood and is incredibly grateful to doctors, nurses and staff who give him excellent care,” said Urena.
Clinton, a native of Arkansas, served as the 42nd President of the United States, from 1993 to 2001.
