Chester, Pa. (CBS) – A 7-year-old boy was out with friends in Chester when he was killed by a stray gunshot. More than a year later, the murder remains unsolved.
A case that disturbs the detectives and society who work tirelessly to find the murderer.

In the midst of an unprecedented lockdown, deadly violence has never slowed. April 5th was a beautiful day in the Delaware Valley.
People had little to do at home. Detective Victor Heness was working with the Chester Police Department that night.

“It was really incredibly hot that night, so everybody was outside,” Heness said. “It was filmed, there are a lot of people, there are a lot of people behind the crime scene tape, a lot of detectives, a lot of police officers. We cordoned off the area and saw the young Sinsir.”
seven year old Sneak Parker he was dead on the ground. He had been shot once in the face. He died at the scene.
“I saw him lying there, wearing Spider-Man slippers. That’s what I really remember about him. And then frankly, I’ll never forget his gunshot face,” said Heness. “It was one of the worst scenes I’ve ever seen in my 21 years of life. And only slippers really bother me.”

Police said the attacker fired from 60 meters away and bullets were indiscriminately buzzed on Swarts Street.
“I was there from the beginning and I was there when you finally knew he was lying there,” Janice Parker said.
Sinsir’s grandmother, Janice Parker, says the loss was incredible and shook her family.
“People have no idea what they did to this family,” he said.
Police say they are after the attacker but need the public’s help.
Detectives have specific details about the events leading up to the shooting, but have asked Eyewitnesses not to disclose them so as not to jeopardize the investigation.
They just want answers for this family.
