This is all a bit confusing because there were actually two separate incidents in which David recently got into trouble with the police, and they were both posted online in the North Carolina court database yesterday.
We’m not sure when the first incident happened, but we do know that David withdrew and was charged with driving with a revoked license, having expired tags or registration, and speeding.
The records specifically note that he was not disabled during this arrest, so it seems as if he was tested and he passed.
But unfortunately this was not the case on Friday evening.
Overnight on a Friday, according to records in a confirmed between by Ashley’s Reality Roundup, David was pulled over and arrested for driving while disabled.
He also received a charge for having an open container in the car, and another charge for driving with his denied license.
He was released at 10:30 p.m., then released at 2:40 p.m., when one, presumably Jenelle, paid his bond.
This is all very bad for a number of reasons.
Well, this is hardly his first time arrested for driving under the influence – in his long criminal history he has been charged three times back in 2012, 2013, and 2014.
In North Carolina, it seems as if they take these kinds of costs seriously, and depending on other factors, David could run into some very big problems.
We have to wait to hear more details, like whether anyone else, especially one of the children, was with him in the car or not, but just based on what we already know, it looks like he is potentially confronted with a crime is charged and at least a little jail time.
It is also worth noting that in North Carolina, a fourth DUI offense requires a minimum prison sentence of one year and a revoked license for life, but it is not clear whether these four DUIs must occur within a certain period of time.
We’re obviously not lawyers, but it’s probably safe to say that this is not a good thing.
Three, David is unstable as it is, and it’s always scary to think about how he reacts behind closed doors when something big happens.
And then you have to consider what would happen if he actually went to jail for a significant amount of time. How would Janelle survive on her own? Would she find a new soul mate?
Speaking of soul mates, here’s another funny fact: Jenelle’s first husband, Courtland Rogers, was also arrested on Friday! He and David were in prison years ago, before David ever met Janelle, and now they’re together again, is that not good?
So on Friday afternoon, Janelle announced that their clothing line had been canceled and cried on TikTok, and that night David was arrested, spent about four hours in prison, then was banished.
The next morning, Jenelle started talking about a critique she received for defending Kyle Rittenhouse against the bullying of LeBron James (LOL), then switched to ranting as people did not “mentally” Health awareness ”care.
She finally announced that she would take a break from social media because she was so depressed, then privatized her accounts before disabling her Twitter completely.
She posted a YouTube video last night and cried more about the clothing line and she promoted the video on her TikTok and Instagram, but other than that, she is quiet.
We do not know what will happen next, but we are quite sure it will not be good.
