Pizza giant Domino’s said it plans to hire more than 8,000 drivers in the UK and Ireland as part of busy Christmas preparations.
It comes as the takeaway company updates its shareholders about its trade for the past three months.
The company said it sold seven pizzas per minute in the three-month period, with online orders reaching 13 per second on July 3 as England took on Ukraine in the European Football Championship.
