Former President Donald Trumps plane was diverted due to a “mechanical problem” en route to a rally in Montana on Friday.
The former president was en route to Bozeman on “Trump Force One” when the problem forced the plane to make an unscheduled stop in Billings. Trump was expected to get to Bozeman on another plane in time for the rally, where he is scheduled to speak at 8 p.m. local time.
“His plane had a mechanical problem and will divert to Billings, he will continue to Bozeman on a private jet,” a Billings-Logan International Airport official said. Newsweek.
