Elle emerged as the most ‘baby-friendly’ city in the UK


Alley has been voted the most kid-friendly city in the entire country.

While expecting a baby, you have to think about a lot of things.

However, there is more to think about such as where you can turn for support and socialization when your baby is born.

The research looked at how many breastfeeding support groups, antenatal classes, baby massage services and baby yoga sessions were in each UK city.

It turns out that out of all the cities, Allie had the most to offer to new parents.

With a population of 18,000, the city of Cambridgeshire has a total of four breastfeeding support groups, five antenatal classes, three baby massage services and five baby yoga sessions.

From the statistics, Allie was given a ‘baby-friendly score’ of 68, which is higher than anywhere else.

Many of the top 10 small cities are, just like Alley, nowhere to be found in the UK’s biggest cities such as London, Manchester and Birmingham.

It seems that Cambridgeshire is overall a great place to have kids.

Also Cambridge is among the top 10 ‘baby friendly’ cities.

Cambridge, with an over-population of 158,434, ranks eighth with a ‘baby-friendly score’ of 30.

Sean Walsh, Marketing Manager, Protective Insurance, commented: “With the easing of COVID-19 restrictions across the UK, parents are looking to socialize their children and let them experience the activities they enjoy due to multiple lockdowns. are missing.
