‘Fast & Furious’ star Jordana Brewster announces engagement with Mason Morfit

Jordana Brewster is engaged.

The Fast & Furious Franchise star, 41, shared the news on social media that she plans to marry tech CEO Mason Morfit.

“JB will soon be JBM,” she wrote with a photo of them together on the beach. In the picture, the actress – in a top with red hearts – puts on her new ring as she turns her head to morphine.

This will be the second marriage for the Brewster who filed for divorce by film producer Andrew Form, 52, in July 2020 after 13 years of marriage. They share boys Julian, 8, and Rowan, 5.

In June, she wrote one Essay fir Glamor shares their take on their marriage ending and finds love again. She said she married too young, at 27, after meeting the form on the 2006 set The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning. In the past, they began to lead parallel lives. She developed disturbed eating habits and that was all she was concentrating on, ignoring marital problems.

At the beginning of the pandemic, they separated in form and reunited with Morphite four days later, whom she had met briefly during lunch with her husband four years earlier. She said the San Francisco-based CEO of ValueAct Capital Investment Company saw each other. Soon they were discussing how to mix up their families.

“The friends asked me about my children and the toll it takes them,” she wrote. “They saw my decision as sudden, impulsive. The problem was that they did not know it was 13 years in the making. What looked like a big event was actually a slow eruption.”

She added, “Ultimately, my divorce was not my fault or my ex-husband’s fault. At 27, I was not ready to be emotionally open or vulnerable. I was not ready to let anyone really in. At 40, I found myself. “cracked up and put everything on the line. With that came the security damage of my first marriage, but by risking everything I got the love of my life.”
