The federal investigation into Sean “Diddy” Combs’ alleged sex and drug dealing is now focused on a cozy hotel in Miami.
According to newly filed legal documents obtained by TMZ, federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York got a lawsuitand demands that the unnamed Florida hotspot turn over any information related to Combs and his ex-girlfriend Daphne Joy.
The request includes evidence and documents dating back to January 2008, including booking details such as check-in and check-out dates, room numbers, guest preferences and requests, billing information and room service charges.
Investigators also asked for email and mailing addresses, as well as phone numbers and payment methods such as cash or credit card.
More specifically, the FBI demanded the individuals’ computer IP addresses and logins, as well as copies of their IDs and vehicle information.
Surveillance video was also requested in the documents, according to TMZ.
Since November 2023, Diddy has been appointed to eight different trialsall accuse him of sex trafficking, sexual assault and physical abuse.
The first was filed by the music mogul’s ex-girlfriend Casandra Venturaknown professionally as singer Cassie. The suit was was decided the following daybut no specific details were revealed.
Daphne Joy’s Lawsuit came weeks later. According to court documents, the model claims that in 1991 the rapper “intentionally drugged” her during a date in Harlem, then brought her home and sexually assaulted her. She was a 19-year-old college student at the time.
Back in March, Homeland Security agents raided Diddy’s home in Miami and Los Angeles in connection with the human trafficking allegations.
Combs, meanwhile, has repeatedly denied wrongdoing, and his lawyers have blasted the lawsuits and their allegations as money-grubbing, “baseless” or “offensive.”
Combs has not been charged with any crimes, although sources told CNN in May that a federal grand jury in New York could soon hear from his accusers — signals that the Justice Department may be seeks charges against Combs.
