ORLANDO, Fla. – A tropical system moving across the Caribbean strengthened Friday night to become Tropical Depression 4. The system is expected to quickly strengthen further into a tropical storm — to be named Tropical Storm Debby — by Saturday, according to the National Hurricane Center.
