“After two days of treatment, his white blood cell count tends to drop and he responds well to antibiotics,” the doctors said. “We hope he goes home soon.”
Clinton spokeswoman Angel Urena said the former President was “recovering” and “enjoyable”.
“On Tuesday evening, President Clinton was admitted to the UCI Medical Center to receive treatment for a non-Covid infection. He is recovering, in good spirits, and is incredibly grateful to the doctors, nurses and staff who have provided him with excellent care,” said Urena.
