Gunman arrested in Scarborough

A MAN has been arrested following an argument between two men in a coastal town in North Yorkshire.

North Yorkshire Police are requesting witnesses and information about an attack that took place outside the Sanctuary Bar on St Nicholas Street in Scarborough.

The incident occurred just before midnight on Saturday, October 30th, and an argument ensued between two men, both believed to be from the town.

One of the men thought to have been involved was arrested and later released on bail pending an investigation.

Police are now seeking public assistance to help determine all the circumstances surrounding the incident. Authorities are especially appealing to anyone who witnessed the event and is willing to come forward.

One of the men involved, in his late 20s, had short black hair and was wearing blue jeans, a navy blue sweater, and white sneakers.
