Hotel workers charged in Black man’s death

Four hotel employees have been charged with aggravated murder in connection with the death of D’Vontaye Mitchell outside a Milwaukee hotel in June. Four people were seen on video as Mitchell was pinned to the ground. An autopsy released by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office says Mitchell died of “limited asphyxiation and toxic effects of cocaine and methamphetamine.”
