Greenville, North Carolina – Sixth-seeded Razorback football advanced to the third round of the NCAA Championship with a 3–1 win over Utah Valley on Saturday afternoon at Johnson Stadium. This will be Sweet 16’s second appearance in the show’s history for Arkansas.
Parker Goins scored two goals while Kylie Van Gundy scored in a long-range blast to send the Razorbacks to the next round. The Razorbacks scored 13 shots in the afternoon and put seven of them into the frame Arkansas goalkeeper Hannah Warner saved four saves between goal. The three goals the Arkansas team has scored are the second most Utah Valley has allowed in a single game this season.
