Xtra Time Web Desk: Middle-ranked batsman from Team India KL Rahul has fully recovered from his appendicitis process. The Karnataka cricketer will travel to Mumbai on Wednesday to meet up with his other teammates ahead of the England tour. Rahul will travel to Chennai with fellow statemate Mayank Agarwal. The duo will join Washington Sundar and Ravichandran Ashwin as the four will travel from Chennai to Mumbai on a charter flight. With the Wicketkeeper Wriddhiman Saha back in the negative as well, all 20 of the Tour’s Test Team members are now fit for the tour.

The Board of Control of Cricket in India (BCCI) has arranged charter tours to select players from their cities. A charter flight will only choose Mohamed Siraj from Hyderabad as Hanuma Vihari is already in the UK playing cricket. Another charter flight will take Rishabh Pant, Chapman Gil, Umesh Yadav, Afish Khan and Abhimanyu Eswaran, who is currently in Dehradun, along with Ishant Sharma and Muhammad Shami, both of whom will have to travel to Delhi from Lucknow.

The rest – especially from Gujarat – including Chichwar Bogara, Ravindra Jadeja, Aksar Patil and Arzan Nagraswala, will have to travel to Mumbai directly by road. Wooridhman Saha will have to take commercial flights to get to Mumbai. He got permission to access on May 24 after recovering from COVID-19.

Mumbai-based gamers will be able to spend an extra five days at home before joining the Bubble Bubble. India captain Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Agincia Rahani, Jaspreet Bumrah and Chardul Thakur will join the bubble on May 24.

The team will leave for London on June 2. Virat Kohli & Sons will play the ICC WTC Final against New Zealand in Southampton beginning June 18, followed by a five-Test series against England starting August 4.
