90 day fiancé Followed many stories with great enthusiasm.
The bitter saga of Jihoon and his lawyer. Janelle Evans. Diwan’s quarrel with Of teen mom 2 The quirks of notoriety Andrew Kenton.
Now, a trusted Instagram blogger who has reported on all this and more is being sued.
Seven plaintiffs, including Janelle and Andrew, are suing him.
famous 90 day fiancé Blogger John Yates has been of great help to fans as they navigate.
From the collapse of Larissa’s marriage to Colt’s news that Big Ed is filming again, he’s usually the first to find out.
Unfortunately, it seems that their harsh reporting has unfairly skewed some of its subjects.
Andrew Kenton appeared on season 8 of 8 90 day fiancé.
During his time on the show, he and his fiancée Amira Lolisa had a rift.
On the show, Andrew didn’t get a flattering edit, but many fans believe there was more to it than editing.
Andrew seemed a little awkward at times, both in his liking and in his liking.
After Amira’s exile from Mexico, it was not good for her to spend the holidays alone in front of the camera.
Some scenes were reportedly taken out of context to make their solo vacation in Puerto Vallarta seem even more indulgent.
Meanwhile, disgraced former reality star Janelle Evans arguably has the infamous title of Worst Star teen Mom Voting History.
She was terrible before she married dog-killing monster David Eason, and she’s no longer on the show.
Fans will never forgive him for exposing his kids (or pets) to that vile beast.
On May 18, Janelle, Andrew and the other plaintiffs filed suit.
The suit is aimed against John Yates as well as YouTubers Sharrell and William Lloyd.
Lloyds runs a YouTube series, Sharrell’s World.
ashley Shake hands over court documents.
John Yates and Lloyds are being prosecuted for alleged “intentional acts of assault, defamation, business defamation or slander by a private party.”
They are seeking more than $75,000, and the defendants were issued an electronic court summons on May 27.
Janelle is complaining that John Yates somehow ruined her future business opportunities.
She reportedly told that she was fired from a podcast project earlier this year.
John reportedly did this during a series of chats 90 day fiancé Star Dewan Clegg.
Dewan was initially set to work with Janelle in some capacity on the show (there are a lot of conflicting details).
However, Dewan is stunned and shocked when she finds out what kind of person Janelle really is.
Not being a monster or insane, Dewan was glad he didn’t have to work with Janelle.
“On or about March 31, 2021, Defendant Yates posted a YouTube Live video that talked about… [Jenelle]Dismissal from her new podcast,” the documents read.
They continue: “Defendant Yates said it was brought up to the management team and that it was enough [Jenelle] to be fired.”
The lawsuit claims “which was untrue and affected [Jenelle] and its business opportunities.”
While there are still things we don’t know about this lawsuit, Janelle and Andrew aren’t the only plaintiffs — as there are seven in total.
First up is Amber Cherrington, attorney Joseph Almila’s legal assistant.
Almila is definitely Jihoon Lee’s former lawyer after a fan raised, unilaterally, a GoFundMe in her name.
Amanda is Grace Crosby 90 day fiancé The superfan who started the same GoFundMe.
He is another plaintiff in this case.
Jihoon has reportedly severed all ties with Almila and Crosby, citing alleged financial demands.
As far as Andrew Kenton fits in, Young Forest University is also part of the lawsuit.
This is a daycare owned by Andrew and his mother.
Young Forest University apparently received a strangely high amount of scrutiny from fans during Season 8.
John Yates allegedly accused Andrew of obtaining and misusing loans.
This appears to be the sticking point in the lawsuit.
The details of this debt described can be sued in court.
Additionally, Jennifer Kozur Richardson seems like a former friend of John Yates.
At one point, she says, John lived with her, and she and her husband accused her of threatening to “file a false report to the Child Protective Services.”
She claims she actually followed through on the threat, though we don’t know the details – whether there was a filing, and whether it was false.
Fritz Drexler is a fellow plaintiff who accused John of molesting his wife.
He claims that John posted about his workplace and claims that Fritz and his wife are racists.
Fritz also complained that John allegedly posted a family photo of her at some point.
Rex El Bree is the attorney representing all seven plaintiffs in the lawsuit.
All parties involved claim that John, Sharrell and William received cease and desist letters but did not comply.
“Plaintiffs are seeking injunctive relief against the defendants,” the court documents read.
They are seeking relief “for the persistent and protracted action and the statements made against the plaintiffs”.
“And,” the documents complain, “the defendants have refused to curtail their activities and statements.”
Reportedly, this is “despite receipt of ceasefire letter from the plaintiff”.
Obviously, they are seeking a jury trial.
It is expected that damages, court costs and attorney’s fees will be paid by the three defendants.
In fact, the other six should be outraged by Jon Yates’ reporting if they’re willingly associating themselves with someone like Janelle Evans.
