The Green Party’s presidential candidate Jill Stein has celebrated Wisconsin Supreme Court throw out a lawsuit to remove her from the state ballot.

“Big win against the anti-democratic party’s war on democracy and voter choice!” Stein wrote. “Wisconsin voters still have a choice against genocidal, pro-worker, climate action this year!”

On Wednesday, the state Supreme Court ordered that the lawsuit filed by David Strange, deputy director of operations in Wisconsin for Democratic National Committeehad no legal standing.

“The Court has considered the pleadings in this case. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the motion for leave to institute an original action is denied. We find that the petitioner [Strange] is not entitled to the relief he seeks; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all other pending motions are denied as moot.”
