Kamala Harris spending second day in Detroit after North Carolina rally postponed by Debby

Vice President Kamala Harris is spending a second day campaigning in Detroit as she continues her tour of battleground states. She and running mate Tim Walz were originally set to hold a rally Thursday in Raleigh, North Carolina, but the event was postponed by Tropical Storm Debby.
