Donald Trump and MAGA supporters criticized the moderator’s performance in the first presidential debate between the former president and Kamala Harriswhich was broadcast on ABC on Tuesday evening.

Moderators David Muir and Linsey Davis fact-checked and corrected Trump four times but did not correct Harris once, the AP reports, during the event in Philadelphia, where candidates sparred on the economy, abortion, foreign policy and immigration.

“I thought it was my best debate, EVER, especially since it was THREE TO ONE!” Trump posted on his Truth Social platform suggesting the moderator was biased against him.

Conservative commentator Megyn Kelly, a former Fox and NBC host, wrote on X: “These moderators are a disgraceful failure and this is one of the most biased, unfair debates I have ever seen. Shame on you @ABC”

Tulsi Gabbard, the former Democratic congresswoman who endorsed Trump earlier this month, echoed his remarks: “This debate is three to one – the ABC moderators clearly split for Kamala Harris,” she wrote on X.

The former president’s son, Donald Trump Jr., wrote on X: “Strange how the hack moderators at @abcnews only ‘fact check’ Trump and let Kamala lie nonstop. Fake News is the enemy of the people!”
