A man beat his 55-year-old aunt to death with a broom during a frantic argument inside her Queens home, police said Wednesday.
Alexander Fleming, 29, got into an argument with his aunt, Juanita Dallas, inside her home on 164th St. near 108th Ave. in South Jamaica on Tuesday morning, police said.
Officers responding to a 10:31 911 call found Dallas struck in the head with a broom. Doctors rushed her to North Shore University Hospital but she could not be saved.
Fleming was arrested for murder aggravated indifference, assault and possession of a weapon. He lives in Richmond Hill, according to police.
Fleming’s arraignment was pending in Queens Criminal Court on Wednesday.
