A simple guide to perfecting bats

One of the foods you may have heard of in the past is oatmeal. This is a simple and easy breakfast that requires zero work in the morning. It is a fast-paced breakfast that is ideal for traveling college students or those who no longer enjoy homework.

All you need to make this quick and easy breakfast is a glass pot (approximately 10-12 ounces), skim milk, aged oats, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, chia seeds and honey or maple syrup (whichever you prefer)

Start with your product, and add ½ cup of oil and ½ cup of milk. Then add ¼ 3 cups of yogurt and stir all together. Then mix each chia seeds and your favorite sweets and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract with 1 tablespoon. Cover the pot and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.

Do this the night before, and in the morning just grab your pot, drop your favorite fingers and go out the door! Covers can be dark chocolate chips, peanut butter, berries, nuts or even coconut!

This is a great breakfast (or snack) packed with fiber, omega-3 and omega-6 fats, calcium, antioxidants and much more! This should not be breakfast. If you have a snack in the afternoon (like me), try this in the morning so it will be ready when you want a snack.
