A barrage of rockets fired from Lebanon caused damage and sparked fires in northern Israel on Wednesday, September 4. Israeli stores and that Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported.
The IDF said it caught some of the approximately 65 launches, and that some fell in open areas and started fires.
Hezbollah on Wednesday claimed responsibility for firing several rockets into northern Israel.
At least one home was directly hit in Kiryat Shmona, Times of Israel reportedwith reference to local authorities. No injuries were reported in the avalanche, the agency said.
