A stranger forced his way into a woman’s Upper East Side apartment and raped hersaid the police on Sunday.
Police released surveillance footage of the suspect and are asking the public for help identifying him and tracking him down.
The woman was confronted by the attacker as he forced his way into her home near E. 92nd St. and First Ave around 3:40 a.m. Saturday, police said. He raped her and ran away.
Medics took the woman to Lenox Hill Hospital in stable condition.
