The Clay County Sheriff posted a video of the incident on his Facebook page. The incident occurred on August 3.
Several off-duty deputies ran to help a mother holding her 1-year-old son, Taji. They initially thought he was choking and hit his back several times to try to dislodge what was stuck.
When park medics arrived on the scene, they realized he was actually having a seizure. The paramedics continued to help the medic and Taji was breathing on his own when the fire department arrived.

Taji regained consciousness and had a good pulse, but was still taken to hospital just in case. The attack was caused by an ear infection that happened to get worse when they visited Worlds of Fun.
Since then, taji has made a full recovery and is back to normal, and his mother said she is extremely grateful.
