Matthew Paluzzi, 26, was arrested and charged with murder Thursday after his father was found fatally stabbed in Plymouth.
A man was arrested in connection with the stabbing of his 73-year-old father in Plymouth, officials announced.
Matthew Paluzzi, 26, was arrested and charged with murder after Hanover police found him on Columbia Road Thursday afternoon, the Plymouth County District Attorney said announced.
Plymouth police responded to Cedar Road around 6:30 a.m. Thursday morning, where they found Anthony Paluzzi unresponsive, the DA said. He was found in the kitchen bleeding from a laceration to his neck and pronounced dead, officials said.
The DA said Plymouth police began investigating with Massachusetts State Police and “developed probable cause” for Matthew Paluzzi’s arrest.
Massachusetts State Police released footage from their Air Wing helicopter of the arrest, showing several police units surrounding Paluzzi before he got out of his car.
The medical examiner’s office has not determined Anthony Paluzzi’s cause of death, the DA said.
