A manhunt is underway for the thug who punched a woman while spewing Islamophobic slurs outside Barclays Center in Brooklyn, police said Thursday.
The 34-year-old victim told police the suspect attacked her off Flatbush Ave. sports arena near Atlantic Ave. around 10:42 p.m. Wednesday, police said.
The governor repeatedly punched her in the face and made vile anti-Muslim comments before he raised it, according to police. The unprovoked attack left the victim with minor injuries, but she was not hospitalized, police said.
Investigator with NYPD’s Hate Crimes Taskforce looking for a male with heavy build between 16 and 20 years old.
