HERE is a delicious piece of art—and it might even be appropriate for the best gallery-displayed pudding.
A huge portrait of landlady Jamie Wilson consists of dozens of Yorkshire puddings.
Probably Scream painter Edvard Lunch, err, his Munch-inspired artwork greets drinkers at the Heathfield Farm drink in Bradford, where he is managing director.
“I love them so much that I had to hang proudly at Heathfield Farm, a symbol of my passion for Yorkshire pudding,” said Jamie, 28, who ordered the piece himself.
The baked dough portrait was created by 31-year-old Welsh artist Nathan Wyburn, who creates artwork from everyday household items and food.
She was previously commissioned by Madonna, Prince Charles Catherine Zeta-Jones and The Jacksons.
Featured on Britain’s Got Talent in 2011, Nathan’s other works include Lady Marmalade singer Christina Aguilera in marmalade, Kate Moss in moss, Albert Einstein in Smarties, and Piers Morgan in Marmite on toast.
