Rupert Murdoch in tense court battle with his children over media empire

Fox patriarch Rupert Murdoch is in the middle of a bitter court battle with three of his four oldest children over who controls his media empire, which includes Fox News and News Corp. Murdoch would change his irrevocable trust to put his eldest son in charge. For now, the trust says all four of the eldest Murdoch children, who have different political leanings, would have an equal say in what happens to the business.
