Russia sees environmental damage from Lukoil oil spill at $4 million -RIA

Russian environmental watchdog estimates environmental damage from a recent leak at an oil field by producer Lukoil (LKOH.MM) In the north-western region of Komi in 300 million rubles ($4.1 million), the RIA news agency was quoted as saying on Thursday.
