Shana Wall, who dated Ryan Seacrest in the early 2000s, has filed a lawsuit against American Airlines after sustaining serious injuries from a drink that allegedly contained “broken plastic and shards.”
On August 12, Wall, a former “Amazing Race” contestant, submitted the documents in Manhattan Supreme Court through her attorney, John J. Bailly.
According to the documents obtained by Fox News Digital, Wall claims American Airlines “had a duty to provide drinks and food that were uncontaminated and fit for consumption.”
She was instead “served a drink in a glass containing broken plastic and shards”, resulting in “severe damage to her throat, esophagus, vocal cords and digestive system”.

In addition, Wall argues that because the airline “caused and created the dangerous, defective, and unsafe condition of the aircraft,” it “is strictly liable because it provided plaintiff with a beverage that was contaminated and unfit for human consumption.”

Wall claims to have suffered several personal injuries.
“She was caused to be sick, sore, lame and disabled; was confined to her home and bed; suffered a loss of enjoyment of life; she was incapacitated from her professional duties, suffered wage and financial loss; has incurred, and will continue to incur incurred, expenses for treatment of her injuries, she was required to pay for medical services and other medical care and treatment,” the documents state.

Wall, who dated Seacrest from 2003 to 2005seeks unspecified damages for the alleged negligence.
