The new route will fly to Poznan in Poland, starting in the winter of this year.
To celebrate Ryanair it has also launched a £19.99 seat sale for travel until the end of March 2022.
This must be booked on their website by midnight on Saturday 16 October.

“As Ryanair takes delivery of 55 more Boeing 737-8200 ‘Gamechangers’ this winter, we are delighted to add this new route from Leeds-Bradford to Poznan.”

What other new routes has Ryanair opened this year?
This is not the first time the airline has announced new routes for various UK airports for the winter of 2021.
At the beginning of September, Stansted, Luton and Gatwick all opened flights to other destinations in Europe.
This included destinations such as Helsinki, Zagreb, Naples and Malaga.
