Caught driving while being disqualified in London, 19-year-old Ryde has escaped jail time.
Jay Clasper of Binstead Lodge Road appeared before the Thames Magistrates Court on Monday (November 1st).
At a previous hearing on October 18, the 19-year-old admitted to driving disqualified and uninsured on Leamon Street on October 15, 2021.
Clasper saw his trial adjourned and a pre-sentencing report was requested, which included all the options.
Clasper, who reappeared on Monday, was given a 12-month community warrant, including 20 days of rehabilitation and 100 hours of unpaid work.
He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a surcharge of £95.
