A new hope
The power is with 7 stars that the sci-fi themed bar and grill gets ready to open the doors at its downtown Campbell location. After closing their San Jose location in 2021, owners Paul and Marya Cunha are eyeing a “New Hopening” at 400 E. Campbell Ave., the former location of LVLUP.
Fundraising evenings for the new 7 Stars are set for September 13-14, at 8pm-midnight. Tickets are $200 at Eventbrite.com.
A soft opening is set for September 19, followed by a grand opening on September 20-21. After that, regular opening hours will be Tuesday-Thursday, 4pm-midnight and Friday-Monday, 11am-midnight.
The extended hours on Mondays and Fridays are aimed at customers who may want some time on their laptops.
“We want to see if we can be your remote workplace,” Marya Cunha said in a video on 7 Stars’ Facebook page. “We have excellent wifi.”
