Filmmaker Ridley Scott has confirmed that the two live-action television series are in progress based on his films “Alien” and “Blade Runner” – and fast.
In an interview with the BBC on Monday to promote his new “House of Gucci” movie, Scott says “Blade Runner” counts about ten hours long episodes:
“Mir [have already] wrote the pilot for ‘Blade Runner’ in the Bible. So, we already present ‘Blade Runner’ as a TV show, the first 10 hours.
This marks the first time Scott has commented on a “Blade Runner” series. As for “Alien” set up at FX and joining Noah Hawley as a showrunner, Scott says it gets a similar treatment as the “Blade Runner” series with a pilot and Bible written for a series that is about eight to lasts. – ten hours.
As first announced late last year, the FX boss described the project as “the first ‘alien’ ‘story on Earth.
Scott’s next film is the Napoleon Bonaparte Biopic “Kitbag” starring Joaquin Phoenix and Jodie Comer. That movie starts on January 15th.
