Serge Aurier revealed that he would be leaving Tottenham this summer.
The right-back, 28, says he has come to the ‘end of the cycle’ in north London despite a year remaining on his contract.
Aurier added: “Everyone knows that if I were to extend my contract Tottenham, I would have already done so.
“Tottenham’s board and my agents have agreed on the terms.
“I have experienced Premier League and Champions League finals.
“I’ve reached the end of a cycle and it’s time to look elsewhere.”
Aurier hopes to force him to return to boyhood club Paris Saint Germain – The club he left to join Spurs in 2017.
He told L’Equipe: “I have never hidden my desire to return to PSG one day.”
Ivorian joined Spurs back from PSG in 2017, following the sale of Kyle Walker to Manchester City.
He made only 25 league appearances in his first two seasons, largely because he had to play second fiddle to Walker’s alumnus Kieran Trippier.

After Tripier’s move to Atletico Madrid in 2019, however, Aurier eventually became the first choice at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Aurier’s time in North London will be remembered largely for his errors, despite being able to put on a fine performance.
Aurier has played a total of 110 matches for Spurs, scoring eight times and making 17 assists.
