Just because Tom Brady’s days on the football field are over doesn’t mean he’s out of NFL shape.
Fox’s new NFL analyst posted a pair of shirtless photos on Instagram Monday to his page, sharing a workout routine with his 15.1 million followers.
“Color analysts need to stay in shape too!” Brady, 47, exclaimed in the caption.
“Added some swimming to the workout routine this year…good muscle resistance and some aerobic cardio all at once.”
Monday’s circuit consisted of weighted step-ups, heavy push-ups with resistance bands and box jumps to be repeated four times.
Brady also branded the No Bull brand, which merged with his TB12 Nutrition.
The legendary quarterback previously gave fans a glimpse of his home practice in August, when he bench pressed 245 pounds.
Brady shared the bench press video days before making his long-awaited debut as Fox’s lead NFL analyst.
He signed a 10-year, $375 million contract with the network in May 2022 before retiring from the NFL the following February after 23 productive seasons and seven Super Bowl wins.
Although Brady’s booth debuted on September 8th received mixed reviewshe seemed more comfortable distributes comments and criticism the following week.
Brady, who has called three straight Cowboys games with on-air partner Kevin Burkhardt, seemed tired of Dallas on Sunday as they tried to dig out of a 22-point hole against the Ravens.
“Another penalty, my gosh,” Brady said, to which Burkhardt responded, “If you’re frustrated, I guess they’re frustrated.”
Brady won’t be on the call for the Cowboys this week as Dallas, now 1-2, will visit the Giants (1-2) on “Thursday Night Football.” Al Michaels and Kirk Herbstreit will be in the booth for Amazon Prime Video.
