An altercation outside a Bronx FDNY Emergency Medical Station between two groups ended with a shooting victim in critical condition after fleeing gunfire as he ran toward a car.
When other occupants of the fleeing car realized he had been shot in the neck, they stopped the sedan, with two bullet holes in the windshield, two blocks away, police sources said.
The two groups argued outside the EMS station on Jerome Ave near E. 183rd St. Fordham just after 2 p.m. Friday, the sources said, when one of them pulled a gun and fired at least eight shots.
