Wonder was released “Can We Fix Our Nation’s Broken Heart” on August 30, following his rousing performance at 2024 Democratic National Convention on 21 Aug.
“Now is the time to understand where we are and what it takes to win: win the broken hearts, win the disappointed, win the angry spirits – now is the time,” the 74-year-old told the massive crowd at Chicago’s United Center.
“This is the moment to remember when you tell your children where you were and what you did … We must choose courage over complacency. It’s time to stand up and vote!” He said before entering his The classic “Higher Ground” from 1973.
