Suspect arrested in West Hollywood stabbing: Sheriff’s Department

A suspect in a West Hollywood stabbing was arrested Sunday, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The suspect, whose identity has not yet been released, was arrested by officers from the Wilshire Division of the Los Angeles Police Department around 12:30 p.m. Sunday, after a citizen reported seeing the suspect to the LAPD. Hollywood Station.

Suspect arrested near Beverly Avenue and Martel Avenue, accused of beating and stabbing someone Monday at 7800 block of Santa Monica Avenue in West Hollywood.

Believing the attacker did not know the victim, the Sheriff’s Department released footage of the suspect on Friday to aid their search.
