At least six civilians have been killed and nine wounded in a shooting in the Israeli city of Jaffa, which is near Tel Aviv, local officials told Fox News.
The incident, believed to be a terrorist attack, took place on Tuesday outside a newly built tram station on Jerusalem Street.
Authorities say at least two people who opened fire on a crowd have been “neutralized.”

Shortly after the shooting, Israel faced more attacks with Iran firing approximately 100 ballistic missiles.
Many were intercepted by Israel’s missile defense system, while others hit the ground.

Iran had previously threatened to launch missiles at Israel.
Iran’s Revolutionary Guards issued a statement saying it was in response to the killing of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah.
