Three explosions killed at least two in Jalalabad, Afghanistan

Two people were killed when three explosions hit the Afghan city of Jalalabad on Saturday, at least one of them aimed at a Taliban vehicle, in the country’s first deadly attack since the United States withdrew.

“In an attack, a Taliban vehicle was patrolling in Jalalabad,” a Taliban spokesman told AFP. “Women and children were among the injured,” he added.
