Apple’s (AAPL) the latest iPhone range is now in stores. But the launch of the iPhone 16 will come without the tech giant’s AI capabilities – dubbed Apple Intelligence – which are scheduled to launch in October.

O’Donnell tells Yahoo Finance that there are some “fundamental challenges” right now in Apple’s pursuit of a device upgrade cycle, confirming that he remains a big believer in AI in the long run.
